Super MonkeyStar is the game I am working on during my internship in Radical Graphics. The game is a Shot’em up with strategic RPG elements containing levels, weapons and equipment. It features a good amount of levels with various enemies, bosses and obstacles to overcome. You can find its webpage here.
The game is done with Unity 2018 with a wide array of packages such as DoTween, Simple Waypoints System, Easy Save, RewiredInput, Fungus, ProCamera2D, Spine and many more. We also use a custom bug tracker made with MantisBT.
I entered in the middle of the development so I had to catch up with the architecture quick and had to reverse engineer some of its components such as the GUI, enemies and bosses inheritance or the procedural spawner.
